Typically your order will be shipped out within five business days.  Regular shipping takes 2 - 5 business days depending on where you live.

If your purchased product is damaged or defective, email or telephone us.  All returns must be approved by CoolMusicBeats.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All Laurel Saxophones carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty.  The supplier reserves the right to repair, credit or replace.
